Please Note: All students and parents have agreed to abide by the school uniform as described in the parent/student contract signed during registration.
Students not in uniform will be required to contact their parent and sent home.
All students are expected to wear clothing that meets the School dress code as indicated below.

The following general rules will apply and are absolutely binding:
- Hoods, hats, and doo-rags are not allowed.
- Underwear must not be visible. Pants will not be worn below the waist line.
- No halter or strapless tops. Shirts must meet the pants or shorts.
- No inappropriate graphics on clothing, alcohol or tobacco slogans, inappropriate language or depictions of violence.
- Piercings may only be worn on the ear lobe, no "bars".
- Hair must be of natural color and students are expected to be well-groomed for school.
The school's director reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding questionable attire. The dress code applies at all times while on campus, or while engaged in any school activity off campus, including after school hours.
PE uniforms will consist of the Miami Arts Charter School gym shorts and the appropriate school PE T-shirt. Gray Jogging pants with the school logo will also be available for the winter months.
In addition, you may purchase a gray sweatshirt and a black jacket with the school logo.
